Dr. Richard Duffey is the beloved owner of Winder Animal Hospital. He attended the University of Georgia where he earned a bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degrees in Microbiology. He received a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from UGA in 1988. Dr. Duffey purchased Winder Animal Hospital in 1994 and has continued to care for any animal he comes across since then. He and his wife have 2 adult children and 2 cats, Jake and Elwood.
Dr. Lott received his Bachelor of Science in molecular biology from the University of South Carolina Aiken and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia. His is passionate about caring for pets and is a proud member of the AVMA and the GVMA
He provides care for cats, dogs, small mammals, and reptiles and specializes in nutrition, geriatric care, surgery, and dermatology for animals.
Dr. Lott and his wife, Kenne (a 3rd year vet student at UGA), share their home with their dog, Oliver, a cat named Virgil and Levi, their horse! His hobbies include hiking, jogging, and spending time with family.
